Full description of the position

* Conduct comprehensive market research and site analysis to identify viable locations based on demographic, economic, and geographic data. * Collect site selection criteria aligned with business objectives (e.g., traffic counts, competition, zoning, visibility, proximity to target markets). * Collaborate with internal teams including operations, construction, legal, and finance to assess feasibility and ensure smooth site development. * Perform due diligence on potential sites, including zoning, entitlements, environmental assessments, and infrastructure availability. * Analyze trade area characteristics using GIS and mapping tools (e.g., ESRI, CoStar, Placer.ai). * Monitor real estate trends, market conditions, and competitive activity in priority markets. * Prepare and present site packages and recommendation reports to Real Estate Directors. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in real estate data platforms and mapping software. * Basic knowledge of Traffic patterns, terms and data * Basic Knowledge of Permitting, local government approvals and construction * Basic Knowledge of Real Estate terms, data and processes. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to travel frequently as needed. This position will be Tuesday through Thursday up to 40 hours. Overnight stay is a possibility.
