Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager and help us grow our presence across the Western United States. Location * Remote, based in the Western U.S. (Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, etc.) * Travel: Up to 25-35% * Reports to: National Sales Manager About the Role As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our company in the field, developing new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and promoting our industry-leading products. You'll work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities * Achieve monthly sales and profit goals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. * Deliver product demonstrations and training at customer sites and trade shows. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity. * Execute targeted sales campaigns and report on activity and expenses. What We 're Looking For * Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Experience in industrial sales or similar roles is a plus. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong technical and computer proficiency. * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. * English fluency required. Spanish is a plus.
