• Remote, based in the Western U.S. (Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, etc.)
• Travel: Up to 25-35%
• Reports to: National Sales Manager

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our company in the field, developing new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and promoting our industry-leading products. You'll work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and profit goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training at customer sites and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Execute targeted sales campaigns and report on activity and expenses. What We 're Looking For
• Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial sales or similar roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong technical and computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
