Real Estate Team WHO LOVES REAL ESTATE BUT HATES INCOME UNCERTAINTY What we are looking for: THRIVES in chaos A love for real estate and houses (oh yea, must love people too) Enthusiasm Hard Work Positive Attitude Coachable Not afraid to fail Massive ACTION TAKERS We will handle the rest :) Real Estate License required (but you can get it in as little as 2-3 weeks and we pay for it!). The Good: We pay for your real estate license. Pretty cool, right? You will show a TON of homes You will be compensated for your actions, not your results Predictable "right now" income (AND you get paid every TWO WEEKS!!!) You will be paid hourly from the MINUTE you leave your house to the MINUTE you get home (yes, you get paid for drive time) You will get to shadow, learn and grow with some of the top producing agents on our team Potential transition into full time real estate agent The Bad (but maybe not so bad) 7 day availability (yes, real estate is mostly nights and weekends) There will be A LOT of driving (the more houses you show, the more driving you do) Real estate is not structured; it is chaotic (this position is no different) Your schedule will change daily and sometimes hourly (did I mention you must love the chaos :) The Ugly (but maybe not so ugly) See above :) Responsibilities (it's very simple) Find homes for buyers Schedule showings for buyers Show homes to buyers Attend inspections with buyers Communicate to lead agents when you find "the one" Qualifications None.
