We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Phone Sales Representatives. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We will train the right person with a positive attitude and passion for sales. Specific duties may include: * Processing and completing sales, including collecting payment and customer's detail. * Handle quotes, needs, and inquiries from customers. * Meet monthly sales targets and generate progress reports. * Follow up with clients through emails and cold calling. * Identify opportunities for cross-selling and introducing new products. * Proactively follow up on sent estimates to ensure timely responses and close the sales. * Proactively reach out to qualified prospects and warm leads. * Follow up on claims related to order, material, or delivery errors. * Assist and guide customers with returns or post-service adjustments, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience. Specific qualifications include: * 1+years experience in a customer support role. * Strong written and verbal communication skills (English - Spanish). * Basic computer skills (Microsoft knowledge a must). * Positive attitude and team player. * Detail and service-oriented. * Bilingual in Spanish / English.
