Overview Join our dynamic team as a commission-based Sales Representative and become a vital link between innovative healthcare products and medical professionals. In this dynamic role, you will utilize your passion for medical sales to educate healthcare providers about our pharmaceutical offerings, cultivate strong relationships, and drive growth within your territory. What We 're Looking For: IDEAL Candidate: * Prior experience calling on Pain Management Specialists, Rheumatologists, Orthopaedics, Personal Injury, and Workers' Compensation practices * Strong understanding of pain-focused prescribing environments * Ability to build, manage, and grow physician accounts independently * Results-driven mindset with a focus on consistent monthly performance * Okay with COMISSION BASED EARNING You will be a Rep for the following territories in New Jersey: TERRITORY 3: East Orange, Harrison, Kearny, Newark, Irvington, Elizabeth, Hillside, Elizabethport Duties * Promote and present pharmaceutical products through engaging product demos tailored to healthcare professionals' needs * Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital staff, and other medical practitioners to expand product adoption * Conduct outside sales activities by visiting clinics, hospitals, and medical centers regularly to identify new opportunities and reinforce existing accounts * Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure sales agreements that benefit both parties * Manage key accounts effectively by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction * Deliver compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools to educate clients on product features, benefits, and technical specifications * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and sales approaches Skills * Proven expertise in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or related B2B sales environments with a focus on healthcare products * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to influence decision-makers confidently * Demonstrated account management capabilities to nurture long-term client relationships * Skilled in conducting product demos that highlight technical features and clinical benefits effectively * Leadership qualities that inspire trust and motivate team collaboration in a fast-paced environment * Outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets through proactive outreach * Exceptional organizational skills for managing schedules, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word for reports and documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, and Excel for analysis tasks * Analytical skills to interpret market data, customer insights, and sales metrics for strategic decision-making * Customer service orientation with the ability to address client needs promptly and professionally Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for healthcare solutions meets your talent for sales.
