What You 'll Do * Represent Superior Services RSH with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process. * Identify opportunities for relevant exterior improvements. * Build and expand your referral network to generate future business. * Reach out to past clients to explore new opportunities to assist them with their building needs. * Create satisfied customers and earn referrals and positive reviews for Superior Services RSH. * Engage in networking and marketing events to cultivate relationships. * Continuously develop your sales skills through professional development and training. What You Bring * Ability to work independently after receiving training. * A positive, upbeat attitude. * Strong communication skills. * Experience in roofing or construction preferred. * Comfort with office technology, CRM software, and mobile applications. * High school diploma or equivalent (Required). * Ability to use ladders for building inspections. * Organized and capable of following established processes.
