NursePartners Community Liaison Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Community Liaison to expand and support our three core business lines: traditional non-medical home care, GEM Care (dementia-focused services), and facility staffing. This role is responsible for generating referrals from professional partners and negotiating staffing agreements with care communities. The Community Liaison will actively cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, legal and financial professionals, and senior living administrators to promote our services and develop long-term strategic partnerships. You can complete the application today by, copy and paste the link below into your browser: [please apply online] Key Responsibilities Business Development & Referral Generation * Promote GEM Division services by educating referral sources on our dementia-focused care model and generating new home care referrals for clients living at home or within care communities. * Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with memory care units, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physician groups (with a home-visit focus), hospice providers, estate planners, trust officers, and other professionals serving older adults (e.g., audiologists, optometrists, podiatrists). Marketing Strategy & Execution * Independently draft and execute a targeted marketing plan, prioritizing the most promising referral sources. * Present the marketing plan for approval to the COO and CEO and adjust based on performance and organizational priorities. * Propose and lead marketing initiatives such as sponsorships, professional presentations, and community engagement activities. Facility Staffing Development * Identify care communities utilizing interim or supplemental staffing services. * Negotiate and secure facility staffing agreements for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, supporting needs ranging from short-term callouts to long-term block scheduling. Outreach & Networking * Attend networking events, professional conferences, and scheduled meetings with healthcare and elder care decision-makers. Tracking & Collaboration * Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, referral outcomes, and active partnerships within the CRM system. * Collaborate closely with scheduling, staffing, and care coordination teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and facility contracts. Performance Metrics * Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly benchmarks for referral generation and facility contract development. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred) * Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare sales, business development, or community relations; experience in home care, hospice, or long-term care strongly preferred * Familiarity with dementia care best practices and the senior living industry; experience with the Positive Approach to Care model by Teepa Snow is a strong plus - * Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills * Demonstrated ability to manage professional relationships and close partnership agreements * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Preferred Experience * Background in senior living, hospice, home health, or nurse staffing marketing * Established professional network within the Philadelphia metropolitan healthcare and elder care community (Pennsylvania side preferred) * Understanding of trust and estate planning referral dynamics Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary * Weekly pay + commission * Health, dental, and vision insurance with NursePartners contribution * Paid time off and paid holidays * Mileage reimbursement * 401(k) with company match * Ongoing dementia care education and credentialing, including internal training and external coursework through the Positive Approach to Care organization Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Hybrid Ability to Commute: Philadelphia, PA 19106 (Required) Salary: 95K To learn more about NursePartners, visit [please apply online] NursePartners does not discriminate in hiring or employment on the basis of ancestry, race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, military status, veteran status, or disability.
