Facilitate daily operations of salon or spa: focused on booking reservations and upgrading services but also managing guests experience and working with the team to give amazing customer service to customers and coworkers. * Be able to quickly problem solve * Excellent communication skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Professional demeanor and work ethic * Flexible to work weekends, evenings and some holidays * Accuracy with booking and check-out transactions PASSAGES HABITS: * Build strong and authentic relationships; manage the needs of every guest in the spa and salon * Foresee potential challenges and resolve them proactively. * Acknowledge every Habitude customer and ensure that no client is forgotten * Be informative and knowledgeable about all services and products offered at Habitude and upgrade and cross market to other departments * Collect feedback from clients at the end of their visit and pass on to MOD's and Operations Director * Be an expert of flow & have a can do attitude * Anticipate the day - find potential challenges and fix them gracefully * Compassionate & concise * Maintain cooperation and teamwork, placing a high emphasis on customer service and satisfaction * Be sure any joys and concerns are communicated with Managers * Operate within Habitude's philosophical and profitability objectives * Give every customer the opportunity to upgrade and pre-book * Inform guests of promotions and make sure they are opted in to receiving promotional emails * Professional conversations at all times * Come to work looking terrific and ready to perform your best * Station/work area TLC; be aware of equipment and cleaning needs - Five Star presentation * Support the Big Picture - cheerlead, assist and infuse positive energy * Operate according to all departmental guidelines * Maintain excellent attendance record * Perform all other duties as assigned - "work at work" Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * salon or spa : 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Preferred) * Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Seattle, WA 98107 (Required) Work Location: In person
