About the Role We're looking for motivated and outgoing Field Canvassers to join our growing team! In this role, you'll walk local neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, and schedule appointments for property inspections. What You 'll Do as a Field Canvasser * Walk designated neighborhoods and engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach * Explain our services and schedule inspection appointments * Handle objections with professionalism and persistence * Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily and weekly goals * Maintain a positive attitude and represent Omari Construction with enthusiasm * Learn new sales techniques and develop your career in a supportive environment What We're Looking For: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude * Ability to handle rejection and stay positive * Team player with a desire to grow and learn * No experience required - we provide full training!
