About us Bactronix is a science based microbial control company specialized in testing and treating for mold, bacteria, viruses and odor. Our services include mold and water remediation, disinfecting, sanitizing, air duct cleaning & disinfecting, as well as dryer vent cleaning. Job Description Bactronix is looking for an energetic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our company to build and develop its sales force. This is a inside sales position responsible for handling all incoming residential customer inquires. Job Details The job for an Inside Sales Representative is typically very fast-paced work that requires strong communication and organizational skills. You will be working directly with the client to discuss their needs and then you will be responsible for proposing a service plan for them. This work will require both cold calling and warm calling. We will also provide a training program to help you get started with your new career, including a professional sales plan, product knowledge, and business strategy. Our training program is also very comprehensive and we provide all the supplies you need to succeed. Duties and Responsibilities * Lead Response & Sales Follow-Up: Promptly respond to all incoming leads (email, Angie's List, phone messages) at the start of each business day, prioritizing phone calls as the primary contact method. Make consistent daily contact attempts via phone, email, and text until contact is made, and document all activity in our CRM. * Inbound Call Management: Handle the majority of residential customer inquiries by remaining available to answer incoming calls. Wear a headset when away from your desk to ensure calls are not missed. * CRM & Documentation: Enter all leads into our CRM on the same day they are received. Record all contact attempts, send proposals, and ensure booked customers are entered into the scheduling system before the end of each day. * Scheduling & Dispatching: Schedule customer projects based on job size and logistics. Confirm upcoming appointments, dispatch daily jobs to technicians, pair crews appropriately, and ensure productivity goals are met (minimum of two jobs per truck per day or one multi-furnace home). * After-Hours & Weekend Support: When the General Manager is unavailable, assist with rescheduling jobs due to cancellations or technician call-offs, and fill open schedule slots when possible. * Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints by coordinating with technicians and working toward resolution. Escalate unresolved issues to the General Manager as needed. * Cross-Selling & Referrals: Identify opportunities to promote additional services (e.g., mold remediation, disinfection) and enter qualified leads into our CRM for the appropriate specialist. * Marketing & Events Support: Assist with drafting customer communications, creating marketing materials, and staffing company booths at trade shows and events. * Work Schedule & Accountability: Work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, ensuring all daily tasks are completed before leaving, including customer follow-ups, documentation, scheduling, and proposals.
