Sales Estimator - Condo & Commercial Repaint Location: Seattle, WA Division: Condo & Commercial Repaint About the Role We're looking for a Sales Estimator to support our Condo and Commercial Repaint work. This role is for someone who knows how to price projects accurately, sell their work, and build solid working relationships with the people they bid to regularly. You'll be the primary estimator for a group of repeat clients, handling everything from bid walks and estimates to follow-up and relationship management. You'll also represent the company at industry events and stay visible with customers through regular communication and site visits. If you enjoy the mix of estimating, client interaction, and seeing projects you sold actually get built, this role is a good fit. This is a base-plus-commission role, with compensation aligned to the projects you estimate and successfully sell. What You 'll Be Doing * Attending site visits and bid walks, prepared and ready to understand the project before pricing it * Preparing clear, accurate repaint estimates and proposals * Following up on bids and staying engaged with clients throughout the decision process * Managing relationships with repeat clients and serving as their go-to estimator * Staying visible with customers through meetings, events, and occasional site visits * Coordinating project handoff with the project management team once work is awarded * Supporting the project team with scope or pricing questions when needed What We 're Looking For * Experience estimating painting or similar construction trade work * Comfortable selling and standing behind your own estimates * Strong communication skills and a professional presence with clients * Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple bids at once * Someone who follows through and does what they say they'll do What This Role Is -- and Isn't * This is a client-facing, revenue-focused estimator role * You'll manage relationships with customers you regularly bid to * You'll represent the company at events and in the market * This is not a cold-calling sales position * This is not a project management role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Cell phone reimbursement * Company car * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
