Then the Retail Sales Consultant role with AT&T will be a perfect fit for you. In this role, you will represent the AT&T brand while offering the latest AT&T products to the wonderful AT&T customers! Your Talents: * Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. * Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures. * Sell all wireless and entertainment products and services offered by the company and meet all sales objectives. * Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. * Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services. * Responsible for opening, closing, cash in/out and inventory. * Majority of business hours are spent on the sales floor greeting customers, catering to customers and assisting teammates. * Meet and exceed individual performance goals. * Complete duties designed to deliver high levels of service to customers within the framework of established company policies. * Ensure that visual merchandising is appealing to customers while adhering to AT&T standards. * Ability to motivate, coach, develop, lead and train your fellow teammates. * Act as a subject matter expert to customers to answer questions and provide recommendations. * Ensure that you are up to speed on training for new products and offerings. * Participate in community events, local marketing events and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the local community. * May require additional tasks, duties or projects as assigned. Your Experience: * 1 year of sales experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus. (preferred) * Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required. * Competent in customer focus, change management, strategic thinking, and talent management. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) on the sales floor. * Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
