100% Onsite in Clearwater, FL CoverageX is a growing leader in the Vehicle Service Contracts industry. We help drivers protect themselves from unexpected vehicle repair costs with reliable coverage and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. We're looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our dynamic call center team. With an uncapped commission structure, top performers in this role have the ability to earn between $40,000 - $70,000 per year , depending on individual performance. Responsibilities * Reach out to prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts * Qualify customer interest and connect them with our sales representatives * Answer inbound calls generated from TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels * Work in a fast-paced, professional, supportive, and fun call center environment * Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales activity targets * Handle objections professionally and work to convert leads into opportunities * Provide excellent customer service while representing CoverageX in a professional and friendly manner * Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, supportive, and engaging call center environment Qualifications * Prior experience in a call center or sales is a plus. * Ability to commute or relocate to Clearwater, FL 33762 before starting work (required). * High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed. * Requires eligibility for a telemarketing license in the state of Florida Compensation: * Base Pay: $18.00 per hour + Commission * Bonus opportunities * Expected Annual Pay: $40,000 - $70,000 per year Hours: * TEAM 1: Full-time, 9:00am - 6:00pm, (40 hours per week) * TEAM 2: Full-time 9:45am - 6:15pm, (37-39 hours per week) Benefits (After 90 Days): * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Paid Federal Holidays * Paid Training * Please note: Applications submitted without a resume will not be considered*
