Full description of the position

We are western Wayne county GM dealership seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Parts Counter Sales Associate. This is a full time role with a competitive compensation pay plan. Sales Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service in a timely and accurate manor. Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary plus monthly commission * Health, Vision and Dental insurance * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) plan * Employee discounts Job Responsibilities include: * Assist customers, providing them with excellent customer service ,assisting customers with any inquires they may have. * Communicate effectively with other departments, such as Sales and Service Department. * Process orders for parts and accessories. * Maintain inventory levels, stock shelves, process returns. * Maintain a professional appearance and posses a strong work ethic * Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner Job Requirements * 3 years current GM parts experience required * Have exceptional knowledge of GM parts and accessories * ERA Ignite experience is required * Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment * Strong organizational skills and detail oriented * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Life insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off Experience: * Dealership Parts Department: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
