Bronwick, LLC finds top talent for companies that we admire. Currently, we are searching for an in-home sales rep for a premier outdoor living company. They primarily focus on high-end/luxury residential remodels and renovations including (but not limited to) pools, outdoor kitchens, decorative concrete, decks, patios, and pergolas. Other than client meetings, all other work is REMOTE. RESPONSIBILITIES : * NO COLD CALLING; WARM Leads are set for you. Customers want to speak to you about updating their outdoor space. * Prepare and present sales presentations in customer homes. * Recommend and provide advice on products/services. * Prepare and present quotes then CLOSE the sale. * Typical schedule includes 6 to 8 in-home WARM consultations per week (primarily on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thurs evenings, as well as the first half of the day on Saturdays). Completely OFF on Sundays and most Mondays. * Coordinate with the Project Management team to ensure jobs are successfully completed. REQUIREMENTS : * Ideally, 2+ years outside sales experience with in-home sales with a consistent track record of top performance. * Proven sales track record, ideally with one-time close experience. * Experience selling with financing. * Basic computer skills; able to create and combine multiple PDF files into a single PDF. COMPENSATION : * Salary : First 6 months includes base salary bridge * 100% Commission starts Day 1! Based on revenue not margin!
