Position Summary

As a Retention Specialist, your primary responsibility is to make outbound phone calls to current and past patients with the goal of renewing their treatment plans and maintaining long-term engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor, addressing concerns, reinforcing the value of ongoing care, and helping patients stay committed to their health journey--all through proactive, high-touch phone communication. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Engagement: Make a high volume of outbound phone calls daily to connect with patients whose treatment plans are approaching expiration or have recently lapsed.
• Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport over the phone, showing empathy and professionalism in every conversation.
• Plan Renewals: Educate patients on the benefits of continuing their treatment, address concerns, and confidently guide them through the renewal process.
• Retention-Focused Communication: Listen actively to patient feedback, overcome objections, and provide tailored solutions to encourage plan continuation.
• CRM Utilization: Use our CRM system to track patient interactions, manage call lists, and document call outcomes accurately.
• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team retention targets by maximizing successful call outcomes.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the clinical and support teams to resolve patient questions and ensure a seamless, patient-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in outbound calling, customer retention, sales, or account management preferred.
• Phone Communication Skills: Strong, confident phone presence with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Results-Driven: Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with clearly defined call and retention goals.
• Problem Solving: Ability to handle objections and provide thoughtful, persuasive responses that drive renewals.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking systems.
• Self-Motivated: Capable of managing time and call volume effectively with minimal supervision.
• Healthcare Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or patient support is a plus but not required. What We Offer
