Compensation

We're seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Manager to lead our residential and commercial sales teams, drive revenue growth, and help shape the future of a company on a strong upward trajectory.

What You'll Do

Lead from the Front Recruit, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team while setting the standard through your own performance. Drive Revenue Growth Manage your personal sales pipeline while supporting your team in consistently hitting and exceeding their goals. Build Smart Strategy Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities. Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work closely with estimators, production, and leadership to ensure a seamless transition from sale to project completion. Own Your Market Leverage your expertise in the Denver roofing market to build long-term relationships in both residential and commercial sectors.

Who You Are

• Proven Roofing Sales Professional: 5+ years of success in residential and/or commercial roofing sales
• Experienced Leader: 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role
• Locally Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of the Denver market, local codes, and permitting requirements
• Driven & Strategic: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example
