Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Jewelry Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry and providing exceptional customer service in a retail setting. Duties - Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces - Provide product information and conduct demonstrations - Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales - Process transactions accurately using basic math skills - Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area - Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Experience - Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in jewelry or luxury goods, is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers - Knowledge of retail math concepts for handling transactions efficiently - Ability to sell and upsell products effectively - Comfortable conducting product demonstrations for customers Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift Ability to Commute: * Princeville, HI 96722 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Princeville, HI 96722: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
