What You 'll Do * Own the Sales Process: Take inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospects, and close deals with confidence and urgency. * Work the Leads: Manage and follow up on data leads inside our CRM -- no lead left behind. * CRM Discipline: Log all activities, update opportunities, complete tasks, and maintain clean, accurate records. * Build & Maintain Relationships: Quickly establish trust, understand client needs, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. * Cross-Sell Like a Pro: Maximize every conversation by uncovering opportunities across *P &C, Life, and Health *lines. * Stay Sharp: Keep up with industry updates, product knowledge, and sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition. * Drive Growth: Consistently hit and exceed production goals -- because good isn't good enough here.
