Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Home Health Care / Non-Medical Home Care About Us: We are a growing home care agency dedicated to helping clients maintain independence and quality of life in their homes. We're currently seeking a driven and outgoing Intake Coordinator who thrives in face-to-face sales, enjoys meeting new people, and is comfortable with travel and outreach. Position Overview: The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for generating and converting leads by engaging directly with potential clients, referral sources, and community partners. This is an on-the-ground, field-based role requiring frequent travel, cold calls, and in-person marketing. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, senior housing communities, and local community events * Travel into underserved and high-need communities to build awareness and establish referral relationships * Use a personal vehicle to visit outreach locations, referral partners, and events as required * Handle new client inquiries, complete intakes, and gather all required documentation * Cold call potential referral sources and consistently follow up on leads * Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with community partners and referral contacts * Represent the agency at health fairs, networking events, and community functions * Track all marketing activities, outreach efforts, and lead follow-ups accurately in the CRM * Collaborate closely with office staff to ensure seamless client onboarding and transitions to care * Gather content in the field for social media and marketing initiatives (photos, testimonials, event highlights, etc.) Qualifications: * 3+ years of sales experience , preferably in home care, healthcare, or senior services * Comfortable with cold calling, traveling, and face-to-face outreach * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Experience in community outreach or field marketing is a plus Perks & Benefits: * Competitive pay + potential bonuses * Paid time off * Mileage reimbursement * Supportive and team-oriented culture * Opportunities for advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
