Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training * Safe work environment * Lively atmosphere Responsibilities: - $36,000 yearly salary - $200 per new car commission from Hill Cadillac - $50 per OnStar enrollment & mobile app completion - Up to $200 per new car commission from Cadillac -15% of front end gross on pre-owned vehicles - Monthly sales volume bonus ($500 to $2,000 depending on units sold) - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget - Conduct test drives with potential buyers to showcase vehicle features and performance - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience - Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and add-on sales, to maximize revenue - Maintain a thorough knowledge of all vehicle models, features, and specifications - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Requirements: - Previous experience in car sales or a similar retail sales role is preferred - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks effectively - Excellent communication and customer service skills to build rapport with potential buyers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus for serving diverse customer base - Familiarity with dealership operations and vehicle financing is beneficial - Willingness to engage in outbound sales activities, including cold calling and prospecting Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
