Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. * Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs. * Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts. * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients across different industries including technology, retail, or business services. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment. * Analytical skills for market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance measurement. * Experience in marketing strategies related to lead generation and customer acquisition is a plus. * A proactive approach toward customer service, problem-solving, and continuous learning in a competitive sales environment.
