Position Summary: We are seeking a goal driven, energetic, and experienced Sales Representative to join our Charlotte-based team. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder, passionate about health and wellness, and thrives in a results-oriented, consultative sales environment. *NO COLD CALLING! Key Responsibilities: * Qualify leads through outbound outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns * Conduct consultations and educate prospective clients about Loria Medical's services and procedures * Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and referral partners * Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to consultation and FOLLOW-UP * Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless client experience * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Represent the Loria Medical brand at local events, trade shows, and professional networking opportunities Qualifications: * 2+ years of proven sales experience in a medical, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic/wellness-related field * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to explain complex medical procedures in a clear and confident manner * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a high-performance environment * Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools * Professional appearance and demeanor Preferred: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field * Knowledge of urology, sexual health, or aesthetic medicine Compensation & Benefits: * Uncapped COMMISSION ONLY structure + Guaranteed two-month base pay * Performance-based bonuses * Ongoing training and professional development * Opportunity for growth within a national brand Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
