Sales Specialist / Sales Representative (Field-Based) Humble, TX (Hybrid / Field-Based)Full-Time Company Overview Sweat's MechTech Solutions LLC is a growing wastewater and mechanical services company providing pump systems, lift station services, and industrial/municipal solutions across Texas. We work directly with cities, utilities, and industrial clients, delivering reliable solutions -- not problems. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and expand existing accounts. Compensation & Benefits * $55,000 annual base salary * 10% commission on profits * Company laptop provided * Vehicle maintenance assistance with fuel provided * Company vehicle provided once performance and sales benchmarks are met * Long-term growth and advancement opportunities * Direct access to ownership and decision-makers Job Responsibilities * Generate new business and grow existing customer accounts * Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal, industrial, and commercial clients * Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities * Coordinate with operations and management to ensure customer satisfaction * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals * Represent the company professionally in the field Qualifications * Sales experience required (industrial, construction, utilities, or wastewater preferred) * 5+ years of experience in industrial wastewater (preferred) * 3+ years of construction experience (preferred) * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Professional demeanor and strong work ethic * Reliable transportation (required initially) * Valid driver's license * Must pass a background check Work Environment * Field-based sales role with flexibility * Performance-driven, growth-focused company culture * Supportive team with hands-on leadership Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Humble, TX 77396
