Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and effective collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, with expertise in customer relationship management and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and foster lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals. * Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with sales teams to create effective sales strategies that align with business objectives. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. * Lead project management initiatives related to business development efforts, ensuring timely execution of projects. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development or a related field, demonstrating successful collaboration in sales environments. * Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices. * Proficiency in project management methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively. * Familiarity with Tempworks or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders. * A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating creativity in overcoming challenges.
