We're hiring a Regional Sales Associate to drive growth across the Northwest U.S. for a world-class manufacturer of transformers, inductors, and custom magnetic components. This role focuses on OEM and industrial customers in cutting-edge industries including automotive, aerospace, medical, and robotics. This is a technical, relationship-driven sales role (not retail or transactional) ideal for someone with an engineering mindset and a passion for solving customer challenges. Preferred locations: Seattle, Portland, or Denver What You 'll Do * Manage and grow existing OEM and industrial accounts * Identify and develop new business opportunities * Present technical solutions for transformers, inductors, and custom magnetics * Collaborate with engineering and inside sales teams * Travel 50% within the territory * Track sales activity, opportunities, and market trends What We 're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field * Sales experience preferred (early-career candidates welcome) * Exposure to electronic components or power electronics * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently Compensation * Competitive base salary + commission * Sales growth and design-in incentives * Long-term earning potential tied to new and expanded business Ready to Take the Next Step?
