We're hiring a Regional Sales Associate to drive growth across the Northwest U.S. for a world-class manufacturer of transformers, inductors, and custom magnetic components. This role focuses on OEM and industrial customers in cutting-edge industries including automotive, aerospace, medical, and robotics. This is a technical, relationship-driven sales role (not retail or transactional) ideal for someone with an engineering mindset and a passion for solving customer challenges. Preferred locations: Seattle, Portland, or Denver What You 'll Do

• Manage and grow existing OEM and industrial accounts
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Present technical solutions for transformers, inductors, and custom magnetics
• Collaborate with engineering and inside sales teams
• Travel 50% within the territory
• Track sales activity, opportunities, and market trends What We 're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Sales experience preferred (early-career candidates welcome)
• Exposure to electronic components or power electronics
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently
