1PointUSA is seeking an organized and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic territory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, experience in B2B sales, and a knack for building strong customer relationships. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your expertise in marketing, and technical sales to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories. * Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining professional customer service standards. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. * Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales potential across designated regions. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities that support sales objectives. * Strategically market products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams. * Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform management decisions. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales in security, fire, life safety, general construction or low voltage sales. 2+ years preferred. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts. * Demonstrated success in product demos, strategic up-selling, and closing sales deals. * Strong analysis skills to evaluate market data and identify growth opportunities. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and management tasks. * Disciplined and organized, with excellent communicative skills and diplomacy during customer contact. * Experience working with ECs, GCs, engineers etc, with ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams preferred. * Proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy highly preferable.
