This is a process + follow-up + customer experience role that supports our Outside Sales reps and keeps every job moving cleanly from inspection -> decision -> production -> final payment. If you love communicating with customers, checklists, clean files and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, you'll thrive here. What You 'll Do You'll run the Inside Sales lane inside our CRM (JobNimbus), including: * Pre-inspection customer communication & reminders * Post-inspection follow-up and documentation support * Preparing/organizing estimates, reports, and job files * Running structured follow-up cadence until a decision is reached * Verifying signed agreements and building clean handoffs to Production * Customer updates during production * Supporting insurance documentation needs * Final payment follow-up, satisfaction checks, and review requests Nothing moves forward messy.
