Artisan Direct specializes in directional and on-site signage for new home builders and residential developments. We help builders guide buyers to their communities through well-planned, consistently executed sign programs across multiple markets. What sets us apart is our use of technology and a proprietary mobile app to manage, track, and verify signage programs-- delivering consistency, accountability, and visibility that traditional signage providers do not offer. Role Summary The Regional Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing builder relationships within an assigned territory. This role is highly client-facing and technology-driven, requiring strong communication, organization, and follow-through. The Regional Manager leads sales conversations, identifies new opportunities through research and outreach, manages ongoing client relationships, and ensures client expectations are clearly communicated internally to support successful execution. Core Responsibilities - Sales, Growth & Account Expansion * Drive new and existing revenue within the assigned region. * Identify and pursue new builder and developer opportunities through research, referrals, and market awareness. * Lead client calls, meetings, proposals, and expansion discussions. * Cross-sell and upsell related services, including: * Human directional sign programs * Model home and community signage * Print and direct mail solutions * Maintain a healthy pipeline by proactively engaging clients about upcoming community launches and marketing plans. Client Relationship & Communication * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builder accounts. * Maintain timely, clear, and professional communication. * Provide guidance and reassurance to clients as questions or issues arise. * Communicate client feedback, expectations, and changes clearly to Operations and Production. * Routinely check in with clients to support retention and long-term growth. Market Awareness & Representation * Understand how directional and community signage is perceived by the public. * Help builders align signage programs with their marketing goals and events. * Represent Artisan Direct professionally in local markets when issues or regulatory questions arise. * Maintain awareness of local signage regulations and enforcement trends. Order Coordination & Detail Management * Coordinate orders for lot signs, model home signage, and related materials. * Ensure accurate communication with internal teams to support timely production and delivery. * Manage details and timelines to keep programs moving smoothly. Technology, Tools & Organization * Use company-provided systems, CRM tools, and the Artisan Direct mobile app daily. * Maintain organized records, notes, and pipeline activity. * Adapt quickly to evolving tools and processes. * Use technology to stay efficient, responsive, and accountable. Qualifications & Traits * Strong comfort with technology and digital tools; tech-savvy is required. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Clear, professional written and verbal communication. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Professional, respectful, and relationship-focused approach. * Experience working with new home builders, developers, or in a related B2B sales role preferred.
