Job Summary

We're hiring Field Sales Representatives to promote and enroll customers into Walmart+ through face-to-face conversations--driving growth by engaging with prospective members, representing one of the largest and most recognized multinational retail corporations - promoting their membership program directly to their customer inside of the retail stores! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for helping customers find solutions that meet their needs. What You 'll Be Doing:

• Be highly visible and approachable in the stores, proactively ready to greet, meet, or help a member at any time.
• Engage with customers, start genuine conversations, and introduce them to exclusive membership offers.
• Professionally and enthusiastically presenting the features, benefits, services, programs and fees to potential members in an honest, welcoming and service-oriented manner.
• Achieve (and exceed!) your personal sales and commission goals.
• Represent the brand professionally while creating a positive and memorable customer experience. What We 're Looking For:
• Proven experience in sales, brand ambassador, or promotional roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
