Job Title: Northeast Territory Sales Representative Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person / Field-based Base Location: Greater Philadelphia area (near Warminster, PA headquarters) Territory: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey Reports To: Sales Manager Company Overview EcoFINISH and Optus Resin are rapidly growing manufacturers of high- performance industrial and aquatic polymer coating systems supported by a proprietary installation process. Position Overview We are seeking a Northeast Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow sales across a multi-state territory. This role combines new business development with ongoing account growth and technical customer support. The position is field-based with frequent travel throughout the territory, primarily by car with occasional air travel. Candidates must be located within commuting distance of our Warminster, PA headquarters for meetings, training, and coordination. Key Responsibilities * Proactively develop and manage customer relationships within the assigned territory * Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts * Present EcoFINISH and Optus Resin products to contractors, distributors, and end users * Provide technical guidance on product selection, applications, and best practices * Support customers through product adoption and ongoing use * Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with sales and growth goals * Maintain accurate customer activity, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system * Attend trade shows, industry events, and internal sales meetings * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction * Maintain availability to customers by phone, including occasional evenings or weekends Qualifications * B2B sales experience in coatings, construction materials, chemicals, epoxy systems, or a related technical industry * Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills * Comfort discussing technical products and application-based solutions * Experience managing a multi-state sales territory preferred * Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently * Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools * Ability to travel approximately 75% within the territory * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for product demonstrations or site visits Direct coatings or epoxy experience is strongly valued but not required for candidates with relevant technical sales backgrounds.
