Join Our Team! Valley Vape Smoke Shop is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and customer- focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team! As the face of our shop, you'll provide expert product recommendations, create an inviting shopping experience, and help customers find exactly what they need--all while working in a fun and laid-back atmosphere with great perks. What You 'll Do: * Welcome & Engage - Greet customers warmly, verify age requirements, and guide them through our selection of vapes, glassware, accessories, and smoking essentials. * Be a Product Expert - Educate customers on product features, flavors, and benefits through engaging demos and recommendations. * Drive Sales & Customer Satisfaction - Offer personalized service, upsell relevant products, and ensure every customer leaves happy. * Process Transactions - Accurately handle sales using our Point of Sale (POS) system , including cash and credit card transactions. * Maintain the Vibe - Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and visually appealing with attractive product displays. * Stay in the Know - Keep up with the latest trends in vapes, e-liquids, and smoking accessories to better serve our customers. * Work as a Team - Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales goals, provide top-notch service, and contribute to a positive work environment. * Support Inventory Management - Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and product organization. What We 're Looking For: * Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required - We'll train the right person! * A passion for vape and smoke products or a willingness to learn. * Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers. * Reliability and a great attitude - we're all about teamwork and good vibes. * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt as needed.
