Full description of the position

a Multi-unit Sales Manager (Scaling Operations) This position will manage Antioch and Pleasanton Centers. Starting base pay based on experiance will be $70,000-$75,000 per year with $10,000- $20,000 in potencial bonus based on KPI goal delivery. Year base increase of $5,000 possible with attainment of set goals. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing high-volume multi-unit operations (30-40 employees) is required. Experience needs to be relevant for the position and current or within the last two years. As a Multi-unit Sales Manager, your primary focus will be increasing topline sales, improving the bottom line, hiring and developing a leadership bench (assistant managers, sales leads), and assisting the business owner in scaling to multiple locations. Responsibilities: * Drive Topline Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive topline sales growth across the district, identifying new opportunities and market expansion strategies. * Improve Bottom Line: Analyze sales performance data, identify cost-saving measures, and implement strategies to enhance profitability. * Hire and Develop team leads: Recruit, onboard, and develop high-caliber sales leadership, empowering them to lead their teams effectively and achieve sales targets. * Scaling Operations: Collaborate with the business owner to devise strategies for scaling the business and expanding to multiple locations, ensuring seamless operations and a consistent customer experience. * Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to the team empowering them to improve their skills and develop high-performing teams. * Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing actionable insights and feedback to enhance individual and team performance. * Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for growth and improvement. * Sales Training: Design and deliver effective sales training programs, equipping the team with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive sales excellence. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. * Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring resources are utilized effectively to achieve sales goals. * Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management and the business owner. * Innovative Solutions: Continuously explore innovative sales approaches and strategies to stay ahead in the market and meet business objectives. * Manage day to day operations - Delivering on Brand and center goals. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience. * Proven experience in driving topline sales growth and improving the bottom line in a regional/ Multi-unit sales management role. * Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. * Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and lead successful teams. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, focusing on business scaling and expansion. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. * Experience in Salon, Retail, Beauty, Fitness, or Personal Service is a plus. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region and potentially multiple locations.
