Full description of the position
Vice President of Sales & Services Location: Philadelphia, PA (On-site) A fast-growing, mission-driven organization in the distribution and services sector is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales & Services to lead revenue growth, client experience, and cross-department operations. This executive will oversee sales strategy, procurement, product programs, and key operational initiatives while partnering closely with leadership to shape long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and execute sales and business development strategies. * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; expand into new markets. * Strengthen client experience through service oversight and onboarding. * Direct cross-functional teams including Business Development, Purchasing, and IT * Develop and refine service offerings that expand profitable revenue. * Oversee pricing strategy, product programs, and quality assurance. * Establish KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and report to executive leadership. * Guide strategic operational initiatives and vendor partnerships. Qualifications: * 10+ years of executive-level sales, business development, or service operations leadership. * Proven success driving revenue and managing cross-departmental initiatives. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. * Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in distribution, childcare or service-related industries a plus. Skills & Competencies * Executive presence with strong presentation abilities. * Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to build high-performing teams and motivate staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
