We are currently seeking a driven and energetic Sales Manager to lead our front-end sales efforts. Responsibilities * Drive membership sales through outreach, in-gym promotions, lead follow-up, and tours * Promote group fitness classes and personal training packages * Manage and track sales performance using CRM tools and daily reporting * Train, coach, and motivate front desk or sales staff (if applicable) * Develop local partnerships and marketing strategies to generate leads * Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting member relationships * Achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs * Attend community and promotional events representing the gym * Handle membership inquiries, pricing discussions, and closing sales Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in fitness sales, membership sales, or similar role * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, energetic, and organized * Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office * Leadership experience is a plus Perks & Benefits * Competitive base pay + uncapped commission * Complimentary gym membership * Discounts on personal training and classes * Opportunities for advancement * Fun, energetic work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
