Vice President, Louisiana Market Leader - Baton Rouge, LA Join our team as a Vice President, Louisiana Market Leader in our Baton Rouge, LA, office. The Market Leader will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion for Halff across the state. The Market Leader's expertise in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue generation is instrumental in achieving our strategic goals. What you will do: * Identify new market segments, industry partners, and clients for potential business growth. * Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making and document this research. * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, attending industry events, and engaging with relevant stakeholders. * Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by leveraging your industry knowledge and connections. * Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to align business pursuits with the firm's overall strategies. * Coordinate, develop and identify internal and external teaming opportunities. * Leads high-profile, complex pursuits from positioning through submission, including RFQs, SOQs, and interview preparation * Continuously evaluate and refine strategies based on feedback, market changes, and emerging opportunities in the industry. What you will need: * Established relationships and exceptional reputation in the Louisiana AEC industry. * Exceptional communication and leadership skills. * Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. * 15+ years of relevant experience * Proven experience in leading large and multi-disciplined project pursuits. * Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading teams. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Ability to travel as needed.
