We are seeking motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Rep's to join our team here at AND Services, the FASTEST GROWING home services company in Tampa Bay. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will focus on developing sales within our existing customer base (no cold calling). You will be identifying and scheduling appointments with existing clients--including Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical services --while expanding our market presence in the residential segment. We offer hourly pay with opportunities for performance-based commission and we'd love to discuss the details with you! Key Responsibilities: * Managing prospect databases to ensure the highest level of potential success and to clearly monitor prospect interactions and information. * Proactively identify and engage potential clients through our existing account research, outbounds, referrals, and more. * Understanding of all products, pain points, and lead qualifications * Present our services and build value in our brand as we maintain client loyalty. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth appointment handover and customer satisfaction. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue goals, these results are measured via files that include, but are not limited to, the volume of qualified leads delivered successfully into the top of the sales funnel and campaign performance.
