Commercial Truck Sales Professional - Ford Pro (CVC) | Pacifico Ford Philadelphia Airport Area | Outside-Focused Hybrid Role | Company Vehicle/Allowance | High Earning Potential Pacifico Ford is a Certified Ford Pro Commercial Vehicle Center (CVC) with a 26-bay Heavy-Duty Service Department , centrally located near Philadelphia International Airport. Our commercial platform is built for performance -- serious service capacity, strong leadership, and the tools top commercial sellers need to build long-term customer relationships. We're hiring an experienced Commercial Truck Sales Professional to focus on local businesses -- contractors, trades, service companies, small fleets, and owner-operators. (We already have a fleet team supporting municipal and utility accounts -- this role is dedicated to local business growth.) This is an opportunity for someone who can operate independently, build a book, and produce without daily supervision. Why This Role Stands Out Ford Pro / CVC dealership platform 26-bay Heavy-Duty service department -- your customers stay loyal because we can support them Outside-focused hybrid role -- relationship building in the field, supported by a strong internal team Company vehicle or allowance provided Autonomy + accountability -- we support high performers, we don't micromanage CRM-driven culture -- activity, pipeline, and follow-up are expected and tracked Key Responsibilities * Develop and grow a pipeline of local business commercial accounts * Prospect, build relationships, and manage accounts across the Philadelphia market * Sell Ford Pro commercial vehicles and solutions supported by best-in-class service capacity * Drive repeat business through disciplined follow-up and customer retention * Work collaboratively with management and internal teams to deliver customer solutions * Use CRM daily to track engagement, activity, pipeline, and performance What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days Build a strong pipeline and consistent prospecting rhythm Re-engage dormant accounts and generate new recurring business Begin producing consistent unit volume by month 3 Establish yourself as the trusted Ford Pro resource for local business customers Demonstrate strong daily CRM activity and pipeline management Qualifications Preferred / Strongly Preferred: * Prior commercial truck sales experience * Ford experience preferred * Strong B2B automotive sales background * CRM experience preferred (or willingness to use it consistently) * Self-starter who performs without daily supervision * Strong professionalism, follow-up discipline, and customer relationship skills Compensation This role is built for producers.
