MindPeace Clinic Biography MindPeace Clinic is a leading provider of innovative mental health treatments, specializing in racemic ketamine infusion therapies designed to support patients with mood disorders and chronic pain syndromes. We are seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical/Clinic Representative to join our team and help expand our reach within the psychiatric and mental health communities. Job Summary This is a part-time, flexible role requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The position offers significant scheduling autonomy, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking work-life balance, such as stay-at-home parents with young children. The Pharmaceutical Representative will focus on building relationships with psychiatrists, primary care physicians and mental health providers, promoting our ketamine infusion services, and driving patient referrals for initial consultations and treatment series. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, therapists, and other mental health professionals to promote MindPeace Clinic's Ketamine infusion therapies. * Educate potential referral sources on the benefits and efficacy of our treatments for conditions such as depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, and PTSD. * Coordinate and attend virtual or in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events to generate leads for initial patient consultations. * Track and report on referral metrics, including initial consultations scheduled and patients who complete their initial series of infusions. * Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient onboarding and follow-up. * Stay updated on industry trends, psychiatric pharmaceuticals, and infusion therapies advancements to effectively represent the clinic. Qualifications * Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or representation, preferably in the psychiatric or mental health sector. * Strong understanding of psychiatric medications and treatments; familiarity with infusion therapies (e.g., ketamine-based protocols) is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence physicians and mental healthcare professionals. * Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule independently. * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, business, or healthcare) preferred but not required. * Comfortable using digital tools for virtual meetings, CRM software, and performance tracking. Compensation and Benefits * Competitive hourly rate for the first three months of employment. * Transition to incentive-based compensation thereafter, with bonuses tied to the number of initial consultations generated and patients completing their initial series of infusions. * Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments. * Opportunities for professional development and training in mental health innovations. * Potential for remote work, with occasional in-person requirements depending on location.
