This is a great role for someone looking for a unique industry that focuses on service and compassion. - Lead appointments by guiding families through the various granite or bronze options, sizes, colors, and finishes available for their purchase - Assist families in choosing artwork, pictures, lettering, or emblems that may be a part of the monument or marker - Follow up with current and prospective clients - Work with cemeteries to make sure appropriate documentation is in order for the customer Candidate should be a people person with a welcoming and happy disposition. Candidate should be dependable, and must have a patient, calm, and compassionate demeanor, with the desire to help during a challenging time. Must be knowledgeable with computers, detail oriented, and willing to learn. We are looking for someone who can offer exceptional customer service and genuine care for customers needs. Previous retail or office management experience is preferred but not required. This job is 2 days a week. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
