Business Development Specialist (Part-Time, Remote) CC Intelligence LLC is a 100% subsidiary of the German Concepture Group. We bring a quality-first, execution-driven consulting mindset to the U.S. market. Our teams support globally recognized clients across critical infrastructure, data centers , and regulated industries, including major brands in automotive, energy, and technology. We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with strong B2B sales instincts who can build relationships, generate leads, and support pipeline development for our consulting services. This role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and early-stage sales support in cybersecurity, security compliance, and physical security. This is a part-time (25 -30 hours/week), W-2 remote position with flexible working hours. You will be the first team member on the ground in the U.S. and will work closely with colleagues in Germany. Responsibilities * Identify relevant organizations, stakeholders, and decision-makers within target industries * Conduct outbound research, lead generation, and qualification of new business opportunities * Build, maintain, and grow B2B relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, IT, security, operations) * Develop and manage early sales pipeline stages from first contact to qualified opportunity * Coordinate closely with consulting teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handovers * Represent our consulting services in meetings, follow-ups, and introductory presentations * Maintain CRM data with disciplined tracking of activities, opportunities, and next steps * Support account management efforts and help establish long-term client relationships Keywords included: Business Development, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Pipeline Management, CRM, Client Acquisition, Relationship Building.
