A Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Account Manager is required to join an industry leader in Renton, WA The successful Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Account Manager will come from an energy efficiency, building systems, or direct-to-owner facilities sales background and will be responsible for growing and expanding long-term client relationships while driving new business. Package: * $55,000 - $80,000 * Commission * Car Allowance * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * PTO Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Account Manager Responsibilities: * Develop and cultivate new and existing client relationships * Sell controls, HVAC, lighting, mechanical, and energy projects direct to owner * Lead strategic account planning and growth initiatives * Coordinate projects with internal operations/sales teams and external partners * Support estimating and design development * Prepare and deliver proposals Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Account Manager Requirements: * Degree in engineering, business, sustainability, or related field is beneficial * At least 3 - 5 years experience in sales, engineering, or energy efficiency roles * Direct-to-owner facilities sales experience strongly preferred * Knowledge of building mechanical systems, energy management systems, and lighting/controls * Energy efficiency or technical sales certification is desirable * Must reside within 45 minutes of Renton, WA ind4
