Sales & Customer Service Representative Position Summary Looking for outgoing people would want to earn some extra income around their current schedules. Our sales and customer service representatives would be responsible for making and answering phone calls, touring and enrolling potential students. Potential hours would be 8:45 am - 11:45 am Monday through Saturday, and/or 1 pm - 4 pm Monday through Friday. Must enjoy talking and interacting with potential students and giving presentations to groups between 1 - 5 people. We are a CDL school, so CDL holders, or people with knowledge of the industry are a plus! Commissions are included in addition to hourly wage. About Driving Academy Driving Academy offers affordable, state-approved classroom and behind-the- wheel training for individuals aspiring to earn a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Our mission is to help students embark on the Road to Freedom by earning their CDL. Performance Objectives * Communicate with customers and leads to understand their needs, recommend suitable programs/packages, and secure authorizations with integrity. * Build and maintain a network to identify new sales leads. * Maintain accurate files/records in adherence to document storage policies. * Address customer questions and complaints, escalating issues to appropriate staff when necessary. * Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management. * Guide new students on classroom and school procedures. * Process sales invoices and related documents. * Maintain regular communication with current students to ensure academic progress and adherence to payment schedules. * Maintain communication with existing and previous customers. * Utilize Customer Relationship Management software to track sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and relationship issues. * Meet customer contact volume standards. * Master company knowledge of services and offerings. * Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or equivalent experience preferred. * 1-2 years of sales experience with progressive responsibilities preferred. * Fluency in English * Bilingual (e.g., English and Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
