This is a senior, multi-disciplinary role ideal for someone who understands the full lifecycle of high-end custom homes--from client acquisition and early feasibility through construction and close-out. This role blends operations leadership, client development, and hands-on project management. You will help guide the business operationally, develop and maintain client relationships, support sales and preconstruction efforts, and directly manage select construction projects as needed. The ideal candidate has deep high-end custom homebuilding experience, strong business instincts, and the credibility to lead conversations with discerning clients, architects, and trade partners. As a small, high-performing team, we value adaptability, ownership-mentality, and a willingness to step in wherever the business needs support. --- Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership * Support day-to-day operational leadership of the company * Improve and maintain systems, workflows, and project execution standards * Collaborate with ownership and leadership on scheduling, staffing, and process improvement Sales & Client Development * Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients * Lead early client conversations, feasibility discussions, and project planning * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants * Support contract negotiations and project onboarding Project Management * Manage high-end custom home and remodel projects from preconstruction through completion into care * Oversee budgets, schedules, quality control, and subcontractor coordination * Act as an owner's representative mindset--protecting both client experience and company performance * Step into additional field or project management roles when required --- Ideal Candidate Profile * Extensive experience in high-end local custom residential construction * Proven success in project management with exposure to operations and client development * Strong understanding of local construction costs, schedules, and market conditions * Confident communicator with exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills * Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats --- Qualifications * Experience: o Bachelor's degree + 10 years relevant experience OR o 15+ years of high-end residential construction experience o Puget Sound or similar luxury market experience preferred * Expertise: Operations oversight, project management, and client development * Technology: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Project, and mobile applications * Mindset: Humble, driven, emotionally intelligent team player * Work Style: Organized, decisive, and effective in a fast-paced environment --- Compensation & Benefits * Salary: From $125,000/year DOE * Profit Sharing: Performance and position based annual bonus * Benefits: o 401(k) o Health, dental, vision, and life insurance o Paid vacation and holidays o Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional weekends as needed Work Location: On-site in Redmond, WA Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
