Overview: We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join Best Choice Roofing as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping them understand their options for a free roof inspection and restoration service options. No experience is required - just a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a positive attitude. What You'll Do: * Canvass designated neighborhoods and knocking on doors to make contact with customers. * Identifying signs of roof damage (with company-provided training). * Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner * Educate them on potential damage and insurance restoration processes * Schedule free, no-obligation inspections with our team * Track leads and appointments using mobile tools What We're Looking For: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Self-motivated with a drive to succeed * Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods * Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus- but not required Why Join Us? * Comprehensive Training: We provide thorough, paid training on how to recognize damage and advise homeowners of risks to their property, how to conduct work safely, and we provide a physical product kit to walk homeowners through their options. * Attractive Compensation: $15 per hour base pay plus incentives that reward your personal effort and performance. * Real Career Growth Opportunity: Canvassers will learn the ins and outs of the roofing trade and have multiple paths for advancement.
