[please apply online] The Territory Manager plays a critical role in representing 1-800-Textiles during some of the most challenging moments our customers experience. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships, expanding market presence, and serving as a professional brand ambassador while helping restore and care for clients' most cherished personal belongings in a fast-paced insurance restoration environment. What You 'll Do * Grow and manage your local referral network of insurance pros and contractors * Deliver compelling presentations and educational meetings to key partners * Identify new opportunities and follow through with consistent outreach * Build trust through high-touch follow-up and reliable support * Track territory activity in CRM tools to stay organized and efficient * Partner with internal teams to ensure every job is handled with care Why Join the 1-800-Textiles Team? The Details: * Pay: $90,000-$150,000/year (on-target earnings) * Benefits: Paid holidays, paid vacation, company vehicle, phone, and laptop * Schedule: Full-time with flexibility based on territory needs * Location: Raleigh, NC and surrounding local area (no long-distance travel) Requirements: * Experience: 1+ year in sales or business development (insurance or restoration preferred) * Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record * Pass a criminal background check * Self-motivated with strong outbound sales skills (cold calling, door knocking, networking) * CRM and tech-literate (spreadsheets, reporting, etc.) * Based in or near the Greater Raleigh Area * Able to work independently and consistently meet performance goals [please apply online] Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Flexible schedule * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Paid training * Work from home Work Location: On the road
