From high-end broadcast studios and post-production suites to corporate AV and collaborative workspaces, we design and deliver the technology that powers modern media. Summary We're looking for an individual who thrives on selling technology solutions and services. A successful candidate understands how to quickly understand a client's state, can articulate and present compelling change propositions while differentiating yourself. As part of the Key Code Media sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing a sales pipeline, and closing business opportunities. Our most successful sales representatives are driven professionals who are excited about helping clients build better video and audio workflows. Responsibilities * Cultivate new business opportunities through strategic outreach. * Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with technical teams to understand product offerings. * Develop sales strategies aligned with company goals. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity. * Prepare reports on sales performance and forecasts. * Represent Key Code Media at industry events and conferences. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales and B2B sales within the audio visual or related technology industry. * Strong management and leadership skills. * Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. * Ability to develop strategic business relationships. * Demonstrated success in business development. * Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. * Call-To-Action Desired Skills and Experience * An intense drive to help clients improve their business' with technology * An understanding of solution-based selling strategies * Ability to impact clients on benefits of upgrading technology * Experience with economic justification models (i.e. ROI models and executive summaries) * Strong presentation skills - experience presenting to customers and small audiences * Ability to manage territory business via a CRM * Create and implement a territory business plan * Strong communication and time management skills, with experience using a CRM * Ability to work independently and in teams * Must be able to prioritize and multitask * Individual must exhibit a positive, 'can-do' attitude * Strong problem solving abilities * A high degree of honesty, integrity, and sound judgment Compensation Package Base salary starts at $65,000(+), with total earnings potential exceeding $150,000 through our commission structure.
