Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support residential remodels and new construction projects. This role combines customer service, sales, and design support, assisting customers with product selection from start to finish. Responsibilities * Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers * Help customers select tile, counter tops, flooring, cabinets, doors, and trim * Provide quotes, process sales orders, and manage customer transactions * Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, scheduling, and design teams * Order materials from stone and tile distributors * Track orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery * Maintain showroom organization and answer general inquiries * Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors Qualifications * Sales or customer service experience preferred (building materials or design a plus) * Knowledge of countertops, tile, flooring, or interior design preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel) * Able to read house plans * Outgoing personality * Bilingual a plus * Must be able to pass drug screening Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
